Where we deliver
We deliver across India. We do not ship outside India.
Shipping charge
Flat Rs 99 shipping on every order across India. The exact charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
Dispatch time
Orders placed before 3 PM IST are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3 PM IST are dispatched the next working day.
Delivery time
Delivery takes 3 to 5 days across India after dispatch. Remote locations, weather, festivals and courier delays can add time.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched you will receive tracking details by email or message. If you do not receive them, write to support@washez.in.
Delivery attempts and wrong addresses
Please enter a complete and correct address and a working phone number. If the courier cannot deliver because of a wrong address or because nobody is available, the order may be returned to us. Contact support@washez.in and we will help arrange re delivery, which may involve an additional shipping charge.
Damaged parcels
If your parcel looks damaged on arrival, please record an unboxing video and write to support@washez.in within 7 days of delivery. See our Refund and Returns Policy.
