Return window
Raise a return request within 7 days of delivery by emailing support@washez.in. Requests after 7 days cannot be accepted.
How to raise a request
Email support@washez.in with your order number, the reason for the request, and clear photos or an unboxing video of the kit and the parcel. We will review your request and reply within 1 business day.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If the kit arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, we will replace it or refund you after we review the photos or video.
Return shipping
We will tell you how to send the kit back once your request is approved. Please do not send anything back before we confirm.
Refunds
Approved refunds are paid to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. The time your bank takes to show the amount is outside our control.
Cancellations
To cancel an order before it is dispatched, email support@washez.in straight away with your order number. We cannot cancel an order that has already been dispatched.
